I understand that dyno's vary and 34 HP isn't a guarrantee, but the gains shown must fairly accurate.
Edit: I ran a 14.36 @ 100.6mph at luskville.

Not too shabby, 100+mph trap speed is great.
If 34hp on E85, I am more inclined to believe it. You can make good power through a tune using E85.
