It does via the backup camera input, just need the harness from svxdc or make your own. You would have to install a switch to fool the car into thinking you are in reverse so the screen comes on.
The resolution is fairly low though I don't know how good it would look. Also probably won't look too good with the parking lines.
Might be better to just get a used Android phone to run it on.
