Literally all those criteria are met by a stock FRS. You can slide like hell, constantly. You can auto-cross and all it needs is tires to be an absolute weapon. horsepower is wasted in autocross for the most part.
Why on earth would you spend all that time and money turbocharging it and doing a full suspension when it's already one of the best-handling cars on the road stock? Just get tires, if you even do that, and go at it. Honestly, stock it's damn near perfect.
get the TRD full intake, some headers, and a tune, and you'll be in great shape out in cone-land. Seriously, if you're gonna do all that work, do it to a miata or something where it's actually affordable to do.
