I will tell you that my last two cars were an 08 C6 vette and an E46 M3.
Some mods to the M and the C6 was stock as it didn't need anything..
Picked up the FRS as my one and only car.. I always had a beater car to go along with my fun car.
I've only had the FRS for about a month.. And I'm enjoying it more than my other high dollar toys.. It's a well rounded package with useable power made for the real world.. It's looks good, handles great and makes some very entertaining noises. You can put your foot in it and keep it there.. Which makes more sense than all that macho HP you can't really use in the real world.
I paid $1600 for my last set of tires on the vette.. Won't miss that.
So while many on here are starting out with the FRS/BRZ and looking to go up the ladder... I'm on my way down and loving it more.
Knowing that I paid about 1/3 the price for this car also makes it more enjoyable to use.. And it's more fun to drive a slow car fast, than a fast car slow...
