I spray mine with diluted simple green, then spray with water, this gets most of the dirt off. Then i wipe them down with a microfiber towel to clean/dry them.
I used to use meguiars wheel cleaner but a jug of simple green is the same price as 1 bottle, and i can make 20 bottles out of a jug.
