Did my install today was an absolute nightmare. I wont go into that but wanted to know if it should always be making a constant blow off sound off throtte?

I installed the blower one evening and the rest the second night. it does take a few hours but just go slow. I did mine by myself through the night because I had to be at work the next day. try and do some "pre assembly" getting the washer bottle sorted out mount brackets "loosely" on intercooler read the instructions over.
