I'm assuming someone else does the brake and oil fluid but that you do your own pads. 100 is nice for tires since great road tires will cost more. Track tires more again since you'll need another set of wheels.

You gotta pay to play. It shouldn't be scary. It's just the truth.

I absolutely hate doing fluids. Such a pain in the ass and so messy.
No reason for people doing track weekends not to be capable of doing their own oil change and brake bleed. Make a friend at the track, and I am sure they will help you do it at the track as well. I will give you:

$100 for tires
$50 for hotel
$100 gas
$12 for a liter of ATE Super Blue and I only bleed each corner before each event, so I use a liter a year
$60 for oil, I don't know what stuff you are using, but over $10 a quart?

I have been running on the same diff and tranny oil for a couple years now. No way you need to be swapping it less than once a year. I agree that it shouldn't be scary and the costs need to be factored in. I tell all my buddies to expect to pay around $600 for a track weekend and plan your track weekends during the year accordingly.
