Fill up your car before the day starts away from the track and then if you need more get some when you go get lunch and then fill up after you leave the track. Or do like I do and bring a couple 5 gallon jugs filled with 91 octane non ethanol fuel. Don't scare the n00bs away from doing track days/weekends. They certainly aren't cheap, but they aren't 5 track days = a supercharger expensive.

OK, so 100 in tires, 50 for hotel, 100 for gas, 75 for brakes, 75 for brake fluid, 75 for oil? So 475 if you skip your differential and transmission changes? I'm assuming someone else does the brake and oil fluid but that you do your own pads. I absolutely hate doing fluids. Such a pain in the ass and so messy. 100 is nice for tires since great road tires will cost more. Track tires more again since you'll need another set of wheels. Oh, forgot the helmet! You want to wear a borrowed one? Blech!
You gotta pay to play. It shouldn't be scary. It's just the truth. Not to mention how much worse it will be once you go FI. Then you'll need brakes and tires more often along with improved cooling and fuel system mods to not suck air below 1/4 tank. Then of course you'll have to think about a big brake kit. The stock brakes are fine, but nothing impressive. A bit soft, and I'd worry about stopping on a track from 130, which only a FI car could hit. Then you'd need motor mounts because of the abuse on track. Actually, people should be scared of track days. They break stuff, especially on partially modded cars.
