Read up through this thread and you will see that 18x9 +45 will not fit well on the front, unless you choose to stay with stock camber and suspension and it is still
very close (read: too close) to the strut perch.
And since you state that you will be dropping by 1", you will likely be running at least -1 camber or more if camber bolts are used. So they won't fit for sure.
Adding negative camber will pull the top of the wheel closer to the strut.
I am running 18x9 +35 and only have 7mm clearance between the strut and rim.
Ideal offsets for those wheels sizes would be:
18x9 +35
18x9.5 +40
