It depends on what you're buying it for. Sun protection? Water protection? Ding protection?

From what I've researched, car covers are a PITA. Unless your car is SPOTLESS when you put it on, you're going to end up with scratches from the cover moving with the wind (or even just from putting it on and taking it off).

I bought a Covercraft Evolution 4-layer cover for ding-protection. My driveway in the Fall season is a war-zone with falling acorns acting as mortars. Every car we have has a dented roof - I'm striving to keep this one safe from harm. It seems decent, but since I haven't washed my car since receiving it I haven't installed it yet. I can update after this weekend once I've installed it, if you like.
