If you purposely try to receive warranty work on an item youve damaged with an aftermarket part, that is 100% fraud, I agree.
If you are worried that a dealer will void your warranty when you take a car in for service because you have an item like an intake, or exhaust, I dont see a problem with removing it and putting the OE piece back on.
