I run Unichip and love it. I've been very happy with the results. The car runs great and is always consistent. No issues what so ever. In theory you can probably reach a more optimal tune with EcuTek but I've heard some people complain about having to reflash tunes often and some glitches. If I was going forced inducted, I'd go with EcuTek but Unichip has worked great on my N/A setup. That's just my experience, I think either option is worth the cost.
