Long story short, a Piggyback like Unichip does not require any modifications to your ECU and if you remove it, you are completely back to stock. A reflash like ECUTek requires your ROM to be re-written, and even if you flash back to stock, a footprint is left in-place. Reflash has the potential to provide more functionality, whereas the Piggyback (as it stands currently) is limited as it can only change the values going to the stock ECU to force it to do what it wants within its existing programming. Oh and cost - Piggyback is cheaper than Reflash.
