I just got it, it's completely stock. When I try to install from the play store it says I don't have enough space. It's got a gig free and copilot only takes up around 50MB before you download offline maps. Was hoping I can move it to the ext sd card I have in it (32GB).
I'd like to share how I got Co-Pilot working on the knock off in case someone else is looking for how to do this.

I took my spare Galaxy Nexus that I have and rooted it. Then I downloaded Co-Pilot from the market (as I have already payed for the app).

Once you have a rooted phone with an app you want to move over to the android radio in your car, you can install Titanium Backup on both your phone and in your car on the radio. Titanium Backup only works on rooted devices.

Then I backed up Co-pilot using Titanium Backup on my phone, I transferred the backup files from my phone to a micro SD card, put that SD card into my radio, told Titanium backup on my radio in the car to find my backup files, then finally restored Co-Pilot to the radio.

Upon loading Co-Pilot for the first time, I got a bunch of errors as it wants to connect to the market and for whatever reason, doesn't like it. But in the end, it still works fine if you close out the errors. You can now go into Co-Pilot and download your maps just fine.

Bonus: I got another full 1 year of traffic updates somehow!

Enjoy...
