After having the shifter assembly swapped out the condition of the rattle worsened. After speaking with the Master Tech at the dealership I took it to, he stated he had to record a sound clip and send it to the regional engineer. As of right now, I'm just playing the waiting game. The engineer will probably be down to check the car tomorrow to examine the car. This is the only solution out their for this problem at this time. Will let you guys know what I hear from the engineer and the tech tomorrow.

Make sure they are ordering the part number from the TSB and NOT the part by the VIN
