I suppose you could also remove the ignition cylinder completely if you are concerned about that. That would also get rid of the steering wheel lock.
To my understanding, EasyGO should act as it's own engine immobilizer. That's what the smart key fob and 2-way authentication is for. But I think of it this way, if a thief wants your car they will get it...
