This. While I have no doubt, and do hope that it will be a popular car (aftermarket support, yay!!), I don't think it
can be the "next civic", just by sheer numbers. Not even the Miata/MX-5 is the next civic.
FWIW I think it will float around the same as the Z and the MX5, 25-35k in it's first year (maybe the second as well depending on their ability to meet demand for the first year), and then level of to about 10-15k for the next couple years and then wind down to 5-10k the last year or two (I think they will have a longish cycle of 6-7 years or so for this car.
