If you don't mind driving down to San Diego, I am more than happy to take care of it for you. I have replaced mine twice, as well as another customers, and have a 4th on order for someone else. It is a problem with the pump, specifically a manufacturing process problem. There are date codes on the pumps that tell you exactly when it was made. The first fix didn't fix it, which is why it came back for a lot of people, including myself. I have not had the newest "revision" make noise. The TSB has been updated since it first came out, which also extended the VIN ranges for those affected.
