Probably, yes. Looking at the MAF graphs, it's interesting to see where "noise" is generated depending on what config. The resonator seems to be a fine middle ground. Having it open to the bay is very noisy sub 2.5k but then seems to be the smoothest line, having a closed box seems to be similar, except the noise is 2.5-3k. Both cause the MAF to read lower though so may need MAF adjustment on the ECU. I may go ahead with my plans and see what happens.

I recently ordered the trd intake. I'm hoping it provides more accurate maf readings and seems to make power and torque throughout the entire powerband while increasing throttle response. Not to mention it removes the resonators.
