Is there any car on the market that is as light as the 86, as fun to drive as the 86, has as much power as the Bmw 335i and Audi s4 (330hp) and has four doors and 5 seats?

Well there are two other cars ever made in the last 25 years that are as light as the 86, rwd, fun and FOUR seats: The 89 BMW M3 and the 89-98 240SX with an SR20DET transplant.
If money isn't an issue find a car broker and throw $50k at him to find you the lowest milage best kept '89 M3 in the world.
Or make connections in the Silvia world to buy a professionally built 240sx.
Or throw $10k at one of the Turbo tuner shops on here to give your 86 the upgrades you desire.
These are really the only three choices for <2800lbs, rwd, and 4 seats.
You can't buy lightweight, 4 seats, rwd, and powerful new. Such cars are not allowed to be sold by the automotive agglomeration, it crosses too many boundaries. The 86's potential is what makes it special, if money isn't an issue don't be ashamed to pay a good shop to force induction it.
As far as the personal stuff, be yourself, have the car built you want , you will be happier and your kid will be happier cause you are, its important at that young age.
