I consider a wide ass crappy, not grippy on a rim a little ridiculous. You yourself have stated you have those shitty 265's on your wheels because you like the look, correct @PRORICAN? To be fair that's just as dumb as the guys running mild stretches on their wheels because they think it looks cool... Just sayin'
They may not be the greatest summer tires but they're still summer tires. Cheap or not they still out grip the stockers I replaced and any all season tire. I don't run this set up on the track so ultimately it doesn't matter if I have super grippy r compounds or some high priced low thread wear rating tire. It's a daily!

It's all good though. To each his own and enjoy your "aggressive" fitment.
