I'm going to (hopefully) buy it now because it's cheap and has plenty of power as it is. In 3 years when my warranty expires I'll be able to see what's out there for turbo kits/engine swaps or just trade it in for the STI version.
I'd rather take my own route to getting more power than waiting to see what they do to it. If you want to wait until you know you are getting the best version you will be waiting forever.
