1. Personally I think the BRZ looks better than the FRS. BRZ IMO has a more mature, subtle look.
2. The HU encompasses BT/Audio/GPS in a single unit
3. The materials used in the interior of the BRZ seems to be better than the FRS
4. I preferred the BRZ premium seats to the FRS all cloth seats.
5. BRZ can come in WRB and FRS don't and honestly its the only color I like on it.
6. Not to be a badge elitist, but I'd rather not be associated with the Scion crowd. People get two completely different images in there head when you say you own a Scion or you own a Subaru. I'd rather have the latter.

All in all the BRZ just fell that bit better and that bit more special and considering they are willing to take money off of it and scion isn't, I don't really see the point in by in an FRS other than you think it looks better than the BRZ.

If they would have brought the Toyota GT86 over that is similarly equipped like a BRZ I would have considered it more seriously.

Lastly other than fog lights, the silver interior pieces and maybe heated seats, there really isn't anything on the Limited I wanted. I couldn't justify spending that much more just for those.
