I've always wondered if the excellent seal of the engine bay, hood and bottom, causes a heat build-up.
I don't know about anyone else, but my engine bay is much hotter than my previous cars, without hard or prolonged driving.
I really want the side panels to vent - anyone done mods to that effect?
