Your results make sense, but now I see I wasn't very clear on green wire test request. I should have said repeat the tests as done for pin 1 white/black, but for window down action instead of window up. I can predict the result will be +12 while the window is rolling down, and zero when stopped on pin 3 green.
Pin 3 is the window down control, not ground. Ground is red wire pin 4.
Yellow and Grey wires pins 6 and 2 appear to be feedback for sensing the limit.

If all of this is true, then I suspect dei530T would NOT be a good thing for this car, those scion guys are right! The only hope for autowindow modules here would be for a native fit.

Here's another test I should have thought of, with ACC off, use the window switch for up and down and look for voltage on pin 1 or 3 (white/black or green) wires. I predict these lines will appear dead in this case.
