I'm looking at a set of 18x8JJ 5x100 with the inscription "22 ET 75HUB VR”

I presume this means they are a +22 Offset with a HUB diameter of 75mm? So they should fit but might require a spacer to correc the Offset?

If so can anyone recommend the correct size spacer for a fairly "flush" fitment?

Thanks guys!
Spacer won't correct that. The wheels will poke out a bit. Spacers will only push it out more. You have to remove material from the wheel to increase offset (tuck wheel more). Not all wheels can take that machining safely. Probably best to find a higher offset and add spacers if needed to fine-tune.
