Too tall, your gearing will be (my Yoda impression); you will loose fuel consumption and more importantly, acceleration.

A 225/40R18 is perfect diameter to replace with the OEM size. If you are going with a wider wider (8" or more), then you can go with a 245/35R18 or 255/35R18 depending how aggressive you want to get.

Daily driver only or autocross/track too?
