For all of you who thinks the OP is completely nuts, there is some rhyme and reason for this. Older 90's cars have vented parts where there are light bulbs to let the condensation evaporate and leave to the atmosphere. My celica had them and yes they go through to the light bulb. Had no condensation issues on my old GT-Four, I would assume some thanks goes to these:



The only bad thing is that the rear tail light housing is clear when stock and you'll see the water marks on the inside of the light when it does evaporate and dry.
