Just say "thanks I already took care of it. I get my vehicle serviced elsewhere now so please put me on the do not call list" and hang up next time. Things like that are the reason turnover is so high in service, shit will kill you before your 50 having to deal with insults, finger pointing and stress when you're really only doing your job.

Service told me he was going to call me back and him only and that I'm priority and will call back later on that day..yup called me back.. 2 days later after I took care of it at other dealer..
I'm very happy with my new dealer and plus it closer to me..
Looked at the reviews on my first dealer and had similar rants as I have..
