Do you have all the factory torque specs?

Here they are if you don't (this is off memory).

front (in ft lbs):
top nuts x3: 17
front sway bar endlink: 34
brake line: 24
bolts to connect knuckle to hub x2: 114

rear:
top nuts x2: 22
2 outer bolts on the lower control arm: 59
rear sway bar endlink: 28

misc:
the nut at the top of the coilover should be at 35
wheel lugs: 89

also make sure your perches to adjust ride height are snug.
