I'd say that's a bit high considering they don't have to do any adjustments like with a coilover install. They are literally just swapping springs. I would steer clear of anyone that doesn't make you feel comfortable with an install. You can blow your stock shocks with improper installation of springs. But the springs themselves will not blow them. There's a thread on here about it you may want to search for. A guy had this issue with an installer. Installer blamed the springs for blowing his shocks. In reality it was improper installation.
