Yes. Happens when braking in anything other than a perfectly straight line (and sometimes even in a straight line if you're on race tires). I'm not sure what you mean by "confirmed" though - how many more people have to report it?

The Lotus Elise is also notorious for having a similar issue exacerbated by heavy trail braking.
