I have the car lowered about 0.5" all around (rough estimate). I'll keep it at that until I get can get an alignment this week. The final ride height will be pretty much dependent on how much camber is in the back, eg., raise ride height to decrease camber, and lower ride height to increase camber.
Some first impressions:
Ride quality is VERY compliant for my tastes, and I'm on 500/650 springs. I drove on some rough roads and my butt says that it's only about 35% more harsh than OEM.
There's very little dive when I brake hard. This is probably caused by a couple of things though. The tires weren't fully warmed up (Dunlop DII), and XP10 pads lock up the rotors very quickly even when they're cold.
