You need to demand your deposit back... Saying they didn't meet the agreed upon time of delivery. You should have no problem getting your deposit back unless it was a custom order which would make things more difficult to get out of.. But without seeing your contract... It's difficult to determine..
I'm sure as long as you didn't order something too out of the ordinary.. The dealer can put the car on the lot and easily get another buyer..
