I was just curious if anyone has had their deposit returned to them.
I have left a deposit on a GTS Auto of $2000 and have waited 4 months with still no production date. I was told 3 months delivery when I purchased the car and there was no date of delivery on my contract.
Yesterday I rang another dealer and they had the 86 that I wanted in their dealership for sale. I have bought it and pick it up on Tuesday.
Now, how due I get my deposit back? Anyone else had this issue?
