In my opinion I don't think glare is an issue with the FRS. I wouldn't say its absolutely zero increase, since of course the FRS projectors aren't designed for HIDs, but its not really an issue. The projectors on the FRS are actually designed very well and they handle the extra light scatter from HIDS not too bad. Also if you are very cautious about this, you can even lower the beam of the bulb as the headlamps on the FRS for the low beams are adjustable.
Either way I'm positive you will be happy with them. Our kits have been a success in the Scion community and we don't really get any complaints.
We can install it on the FRS for free at the meet, not a problem.
