I visited NYC last week, was waiting in line for a restaurant, while this Honda driver was trying to a parallel park right out front. The driver of the Honda bumps the Acura SUV parked behind her, parks anyway, and gets out of the car and walks away like nothing had happened, while this large group of tourists all just kind of stared and gawked at the situation.
The lady didn't even check the bumper of the Acura she hit. Her own bumper was really badly dinged & scratched. Luckily, the Acura had a front license plate that took the impact, and no visible scratches or dings that I could see, because I briefly considered leaving a note on the Acura's windshield.
