Get a tune, exhaust and intake/drop in filter and see how you feel from there, I'm not sure if you can get e85 down there but some people have made some decent numbers with it. You can always look up headers like the nameless/rev works which both put out some good numbers.

Forced induction can get really expensive with all the additional mods you have to do to maintain balance.

I would stick with 18" light weight rims instead of 19's since they cost less, weigh less, and tires cost less as well. Get a decent set of springs, look at the suspension thread.
