Sometimes it's one or the other. For me I sometimes see my car as a homie that's got my back, or my car is my bitch. My BRZ is a male, Rinzler. My 2011 WRX sedan was Nala. My 2008 Forester Sports XT was Boskanovich. I never named my 2005 STI or 2001 Impreza coupe.
