Definitely a great effort though, don't take my criticism the wrong way please.  I too see the 80's rock/metal band influence and that's not why I didn't like it... I've listened to my fair share of Def Leppard and Metallica.  |
Nah, I definitely appreciate the feedback, especially if its constructive. I definitely see what you're saying about those particular letters throwing it all off (though I kind of liked the "L" cause it reminded me of the state of California... but it was too small). I made a few small changes to the letters, simplified the E, and threw in the quarter shot of two cars with a twisty road leading into the 8. Once again, let me know!
