If the Bulls had D-Rose I would have chosen them first before any team to pull off beating the Heat, but that's not the case. So I believe at the moment the Pacers could pull off an upset if they meet the Heat in ECF. Brooklyn and Chicago are too streaky for my taste to do that in the second round, but if I had to choose one of them it be Brooklyn to give the Heat a fight. Then there are the Knicks... if they keep playing decent d and get STAT back then maybe they have a shot of dethroning the Heat as well.
And my poor Celtics, not doing so well in the second half with the Knicks, its unlikely they'll reach the ECF this year. But here's to hoping the Celts make a comeback.
