Ok, I fixed the chart:
....just kidding! The original charts have the rpm's back in them.
The new 7psi actuator should carry you from 7~14psi fairly easily with some sort of boost controller. It's going to be more of a question of, what's your final boost goal vs. if the car will ever have to run on pump gas.
