If I'm reading it right, these ramps are 2.75" high. The car has about 5" of ground clearance, so you should have almost 8" with these ramps, at least at the front of the car. I think that I could get to the oil drain plug with that much room, but be sure that your drain pan has at least a 6 quart capacity- the one I had been using for years overflowed when I changed mine for the first time- only held about 5 quarts.
