Certainly being an enthusiast is not dictated by the car one drives. Racing in the cold or at night would certainly be characterized as enthusiasm. However I think there is a difference between an option that improves the driving experience and something that makes the driving experience more comfortable. I'll pay money for the first, not for the second. I've tasted all those ameneties, and I'll take lighter and simpler over heavier and more comfortable any day. YMMV
