Drivers Meeting & Raffle 1: 11:30AM ~12:30PM
Photo Shooting 1: 12:30PM ~ 1:00PM
Cruise: 1:00PM ~ 4:30PM
Raffles 2: 4:30PM ~ 5:30PM
Awards: 5:30PM ~ 6:00PM
Photo Shooting 2: 6:00PM ~ 6:15PM
Break-up: 6:15PM

Night Meet 2: 8:00PM ~ 12:00AM

As for Friday's schedule, I cannot announce it til we have lock down the detail stuff w SCCA. When I do, I'll post the schedule ASAP!

That's one really busy schedule!!
Just a thought, but car shows can take hours just placing the car in a lot neatly, and for a marque specific event, it can be a very nice thing when time and care is taken to place the car in a certain pattern. So you might want to put in a little more than 1:30 for this, I'd say 3 hours...

See if you can make a pattern of letters "FR-S" with the cars neatly placed by order of color. (Somebody with a heli-cam would be nice to shoot from 100 ft in the air

Just a thought. Since the driver meeting can and should take place when all things are not so busy, you can just flip the Photo and Raffle with Driver meeting?
