What's with all the hatred towards Celicas?
The last gen car would have been quite similar to this one in terms of sharp looks, light weight, expected power output, and excellent handling and braking ... they just had the wrong wheels doing all the work...
And even FF, they still made decent rally cars apparently...

So long as they do a good job with the gearing, why not? More sales = more likely Toyota will keep offering fun, hot cars. Aisin makes a nice 6 AT supposedly. Just an option, folks, not a mandate...
