I think he's referring to the LED strip inside the Headlight.

As i understand it, the FR-S only exists in USA, but I see his Avatar showing a FRS or Toyota 86.


OP: if you are referring to the LED strip inside the Headlights, we have no way to control it, and ours work just like you said, they are only on when we click the light stack one position after off. This is true for the BRZ and the Toyota 86. The FRS does not have that strip inside the headlight.
