From what im hearing unless you use iron x or anything that's its equivalent , you are going to have these rust spots continue to show up. I did not ask the guy who did the opticoat job to do that.

Where in the contract you signed at the time of purchase did it say that all rail dust/rust would be reomved from the vehicle prior to sale? Where does it say that the warranty covers any and all rust that forms on the vehicle? If the guy who did your opticoat wasn't smart enough to remove any rail dust/rust that was on your paint at the time of application, then I would worry about the quality of the detailer you selected to opticoat your car.
