The horn toggle is easy if you have the KARR alarm. There's an immobilizer chip above your knees on the bottom of the dash panel. Has a blue LED and a button on it.
Key in ignition - on position - off position - press the button 3 times. Horn will honk twice quickly confirming the switch.
