I'm kind of late to go to work, so I won't read the whole thread now. Does someone knows if the LDS will still be standard, or if at list will come as an option?
BTW, I drive an Audi A3 and it has nice interiors, but really, I don't care about interior finishes that much if I'm having fun with the car. I've never sit in the back seat of my car, so I don't care about this one. And the dual climate HVAC? It's just make it more expensive to fix when the warranty is not covering any more. I was just wishing that they could keep the car affordable and it looks like they tried very hard to do so. Please try to understand that it's not as simple as saying "Oh they should have increased the price $500 and left the this and that the same as the BRZ or the GT 86". There are a lot of intricacies that increase the price when it comes to manufacturing. And let's not forget the kind of market to which this car is being directed.
Let's all thank Toyota and Subaru because without this car, we would probably have to have the kind of money that buys you a Porsche Boxter or a BMW 1M, to get a driving experience like the one this car will probably provide. Need more power? First learn to handle it while oversteering in an apex in a car like this.
